About these terms
These terms apply to your use of swellforgesurf.com and to any order you place with Swellforge Surf. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Products & pricing
We work hard to describe surfboards and surf hardware accurately, including dimensions and volumes. Handmade boards can vary slightly from listed specs. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may cancel an order if a product was listed in error.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel orders, for example where we suspect fraud or can't deliver to your location.
Using our gear safely
Surfing carries real risk. Choose equipment suited to your ability and the conditions, always use a leash where appropriate, and respect local rules and other water users.
Dealers & resellers
Wholesale accounts are governed by a separate dealer agreement. Nothing on this site creates a dealer relationship until that agreement is signed.
Intellectual property
The Swellforge Surf name, logos, board designs, photography and site content belong to us. Approved dealers may use supplied assets under their dealer agreement; anyone else needs written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
