Processing times
surf hardware orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. surfboards need extra protective packing and ship within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Board packaging & freight
Every surfboard is wrapped with rail savers, nose and tail protection and a rigid outer box. Because boards are oversized, they travel by specialist courier or freight, and delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on board length and destination.

Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Damage in transit
- Inspect your board before signing for it, and note any visible box damage with the courier.
- Report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the board.
- Keep all packaging until the claim is settled.
We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed.
