You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Condition
- surfboards must be unwaxed, unridden and free of dings, with all protective packaging.
- Fins, leashes and traction pads must be unused and in original packaging. Applied traction pads can't be returned.
- Opened wax and care products can't be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
How to start a return
Email sales@swellforgesurf.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Because surfboards are oversized, we can help arrange a courier.
Warranty & manufacturing faults
If something fails because of how we made it — delamination, a faulty fin box, a broken leash swivel — contact us with photos. Damage from impact, rocks, reefs, car doors or normal wear isn't covered, but we'll always point you to a good repairer.
